Payment Terms
- The registration fee is ₹1100 (One Thousand One Hundred Only) and must be paid in full before availing any services.
- All payments must be made to the official UPI ID: or QR code only.
- The user is responsible for entering the correct UPI ID and payment amount while making the transaction.
- Services will be initiated only after successful payment confirmation.
- The user must retain the transaction ID or payment proof for verification if required.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Once a payment is made, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- The user is responsible for providing accurate details during registration and payment.
- The company shall not be responsible for incorrect payments made due to user error, including wrong UPI ID, incorrect amount, or duplicate transactions.
- The company shall not be liable for any failed or delayed transactions due to bank issues, UPI network errors, or payment gateway failures.
- The company shall not be responsible for issues arising due to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or technical errors on the user’s side.
- In case of payment failure where the amount is deducted, the user must contact their bank or UPI provider directly.
- The company is not responsible for resolving disputes related to bank or UPI transaction failures.
- The company shall not be liable for any unauthorized transactions made using the user’s device or payment credentials.
- The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
- By making the payment, the user agrees to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Guwahati (Assam) only.
