Introduction
This policy governs the terms under which candidates engage with Maplores Consulting for job opportunities. By registering, candidates agree to follow all guidelines mentioned below.

Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Mandatory Registration
- Every candidate must register with Maplores Consulting to participate in the hiring process.
- A registration fee of INR 1,100 (Rupees Eleven Hundred Only) must be paid on or before the interview date.
Interview and employer details will only be shared after successful payment.
2.2 Nature of Registration Fee
The registration fee is charged for recruitment processing and coordination services.
- Non-refundable – Cannot be returned under any circumstances
- Non-transferable – Cannot be used by another candidate
- Non-adjustable – Cannot be adjusted with any future service or payment
2.3 Validity of Registration
- Registration is valid for 11 months from the date of payment / registration.
- During this period, Maplores will facilitate at least one interview opportunity, subject to candidate profile suitability & domain of interest.

Interview Process
- Interview details are shared only after registration completion.
- Scheduling depends on employer availability and confirmation.
Important
If a candidate:
- Does not attend the interview, or
- Fails to respond or cooperate
- Do not receive / response our call/ mail/ WhatsApp/SMS, etc.
Maplores Consulting will not be responsible / liable for any missed opportunity or outcome.

Selection & Joining Terms
4.1 Service Charges After Selection
If selected by an employer / recruiter:
- Candidate must pay 50% of one month’s gross salary before joining,
OR - Submit a Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) of the same amount
This is mandatory before issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC). Employer will ask NOC before joining in the organization
4.2 Employer Information
- Employer details are shared only:
- After registration fee payment
- After interview confirmation by employer

Candidate Responsibility
- Candidates must independently verify employer details, job role, salary, and working conditions before joining.
- Maplores Consulting acts only as a facilitator.
Maplores Consulting shall not be liable for:
- Job dissatisfaction
- Salary or employment disputes
- Termination or resignation
- Any loss after joining, etc.

General Conditions
- Maplores Consulting does not guarantee job placement for any registered candidates. Registration is only for facilitating and coordinating the interviews only.
- Opportunities are subject to employer requirements and candidate suitability.

Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of:
