1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms for employers and recruiters engaging with Maplores Consulting for hiring/ recruitment services.

  1. Job Requirement Submission

2.1 Written Requirement Mandatory

  • All hiring requirements must be provided in written format (email, document, or official communication).
  • The requirement must clearly include:
    • Job role
    • Salary structure
    • Location
    • Experience required
    • Number of vacancies, etc.

This ensures clarity, transparency, and accurate candidate matching.

2.2 Right to Publish Job Openings

  • Maplores Consulting reserves the full right to publish and promote job vacancies:
    • On its official website
    • On job portals
    • On recruitment platforms and social media

This is done to attract suitable candidates and ensure faster hiring. Employer / Recruiter can also publish/ post job vacancies in maplores.com to hire candidates. (Post Job Vacancy Now)

  1. Candidate Sharing Policy
  • Candidate profile / details /CV/Resume will be shared for proper screening / shortlisting and confirming for interviews through mail/ WhatsApp & any other official communication process as desired.
  • Candidate contact details will be shared only:
    • After shortlisting for interview,
    • Once interview date and time are confirmed in writing.
  1. Employer Payment Terms

4.1 For Empanelled Employers

  • A one-time placement fee of 7% to 8.33% of Annual CTC as applicable.
  • Payment must be made within 30 days of candidate joining.

4.2 Replacement Guarantee

  • A one-time free replacement guarantee of 3 months is provided.
  • Free replacement is valid only if the same position is replaced. Any new/other position cannot be adjusted against the free replacement.
  • Valid from the date of candidate joining.
  • Applicable under reasonable and mutually agreed conditions.
  1. Non-Empanelled Employers
  • Employers not formally associated with Maplores must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before hiring any candidate introduced by Maplores.

This ensures ethical hiring practices and protects service rights.

  1. Responsibilities of Employer
  • Employers must provide:
    • Accurate job descriptions
    • Transparent salary details
    • Clear communication during hiring
  • Employers are responsible for:
    • Final selection decisions
    • Employment terms and conditions, etc.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Maplores Consulting acts only as a recruitment facilitator.
  • It does not guarantee:
    • Candidate performance
    • Employee retention
    • Business outcomes
  1. Legal Jurisdiction

All matters related to employer engagement shall fall under:
Guwahati, Assam, India

  1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Employers / Recruiter confirm that they:
    • Have read and understood the policies
    • Agree to comply with all terms
