Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay the Registration/Consultation/Professional Service Fee in full in advance before availing any service. The applicable charges and final payable amount will be confirmed and shared at the time of service booking and consultation. Service charges may vary depending on the type, scope, complexity, and duration of the services required.
The registration/ Consultation fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be adjusted with any other service or payment.
Payments should be made only through the official payment methods provided by Maplores. (Accepted options include UPI, Internet Banking, QR Code Scan, Debit/Credit Cards, and Mobile Wallets.)
Users are requested to enter the correct payment details and keep the transaction ID / reference or payment receipt for future verification.
Services will begin only after successful payment confirmation.
Maplores is not responsible for payment failures, delays, duplicate payments, or incorrect transactions caused by banks, UPI networks, technical issues, or user errors.
By making the payment, the user agrees to these terms, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Guwahati, Assam only.
