Job Location: Pan Bazar, Guwahati, Assam
Work Experience : 5 to 7 years in a Manufacturing Industry
CTC : Up to 3,60,000.00/year
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical
- Good fluency in English , Hindi and Local Language
- Knowledge of Taxation and HSN code
- Knowledge of imports & exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
- Knowledge of costing and pricing methodology, warehousing procedures & inventory management.
- Knowledge of logistics and freight industry, procurement rules and regulations. Knowledge of packaging products for shipping/delivery.
- Knowledge of different types of payment terms
Job Description:
- Sourcing New Vendors, Suppliers, Transporters (Logistics)
- Maintain list from approved suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers in terms of Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms
- Preparing Comparison Chart & make purchase order
- Checking purchase orders and get approval then send it to supplier
- Follow-up with suppliers, stores for delivery of raw material
- Checking Availability and maintain data of raw materials
- Do local purchase, cash purchase for urgent items
- Developing new vendors for cost cutting
- Do Market Research
