Any delay, penalty, or issue arising due to incorrect or delayed information will be the client’s responsibility.

  1. Service Charges & Payment Terms
  • All fees will be mutually agreed in writing before starting services
  • Payments must be made as per agreed timelines
  • Government fees, penalties, late fees, and statutory payments are fully borne by the client
  1. Timelines & Service Delivery
  • Maplores Consulting will make reasonable efforts to meet all compliance deadlines
  • Timely execution depends on:
    • Client responsiveness
    • Document availability
    • Government system/process timelines

Delays due to external or uncontrollable factors are not the responsibility of Maplores Consulting.

  1. Limitation of Liability (Important Legal Clause)

Maplores Consulting acts strictly as a service provider and facilitator.

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Any penalties, fines, or legal actions arising from:
    • Incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client
    • Non-compliance by the client
  • Rejection, delay, or non-approval by government authorities
  • Changes in laws, rules, or government policies
  • System failures or portal issues (EPF, ESIC, P. Tax, GST, etc.)
  • Business losses, financial losses, or indirect damages
  • Actions or decisions taken by government authorities

Final responsibility for compliance always remains with the client.

  1. No Guarantee Clause
  • Maplores Consulting does not guarantee:
    • Approval of registrations or licenses
    • Completion within fixed timelines (subject to government processes)
    • Avoidance of penalties in case of delayed or incorrect input
  1. Confidentiality
  • All client data and documents will be kept strictly confidential
  • Information will only be used for service execution and compliance purposes
  • Data may be shared with authorities only when required for legal processing
  1. Changes in Law
  • Laws related to EPF, ESIC, GST, Labour, and other compliance areas may change
  • Maplores may inform clients of updates where possible

However, ultimate responsibility to comply with current laws remains with the client

  1. Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice
  • All dues must be cleared before termination
  • No refund will be applicable for services already rendered
  1. Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall fall under:
