Maplores.com is an online recruitment / employment / hiring platform designed to connect Job-seekers/ Candidates/ Employees/ Interns with Employers/ Recruiters/ Institutes and also with Placement partners through free and paid (premium) services.

By accessing, registering or using maplores.com or any of its associated products, you (“user”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by followingTerms & Conditions (“Terms/Consent”).

Please read carefully before using our website (maplores.com), mobile application, or any related services.

If you do not agree with our any Terms, you must immediately stop using maplores.com.

  1. Definitions
  • “Candidate” / “Job Seeker / Employee” – any individual registering on maplores.com to seek employment, job search, apply for jobs, or use resume & hiring/placement related services.
  • “Employer” / “Recruiter / Institute” – any individual, company, consultant, or institution that registers to post jobs, view or download resumes, contact candidates, or use any hiring-related services.
  • “User” – refers collectively to Candidates, Employers, Recruiters, or any visitor accessing the site.
  • “Services” – includes all free and premium features provided by maplores.com, such as job search, job posting, resume uploads, candidate search, recruiter connections, branding, campus hiring, CV/Resume downloads, etc.
  • “Third Party Services” – includes any external services, products, advertisements, or promotional offers sold, advertised, or linked through maplores.com.
  1. Scope of Services

maplores.com provides various recruitment and career services including, but not limited to:

For Candidates / Employees:

  • Free registration and profile creation.
  • Job search, job apply, and job alerts.
  • Resume upload and resume-making (both free and premium).
  • Access to recruiter connections and invitations to apply.
  • Career development content, training offers, and promotional partner services, etc.

For Employers / Recruiters / Institutes:

  • Free and paid (premium/featured) job postings.
  • Company branding and promotional features.
  • Access to candidate profiles and contact options.
  • Resume/CV download (free/ premium feature).
  • Communication with candidates (via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or invite links).
  • Campus hiring and placement coordination.
  • Third-party talent solutions and marketing tools.

Third-Party Promotions & Paid Partnerships:

Maplores may:

  • Display or promote third-party career products, training courses, skill certifications, assessment tools, or HR software solutions on its platform.
  • Offer or resell these as paid services or affiliate programs.
  • Receive commission or partnership revenue from such third-party sales.

Users engaging with such products or services agree that Maplores is not responsible / liable for their quality, accuracy, fulfilment, or after-sales support.
All third-party transactions are solely between the user and the respective third-party provider.

  1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to register or use Maplores.com.
  • If under 18, you may use the website only under supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Recruiters and employers must represent legitimate organizations or businesses legally authorized to hire.

Maplores reserves the right to verify identities and credentials of users and to refuse or terminate accounts found to be false or misleading.

  1. Account Registration and Security
  • Users must register with accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account will be considered as conducted by you.
  • Maplores is not responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence or information sharing.

We recommend regularly updating your password and reviewing your privacy settings.

  1. Use of Services

Permitted Use –

You agree to use maplores.com solely for:

  • Genuine job search /recruitment / hiring / placement and/or career related activities.
  • Networking, branding and/ or employment-related purposes.
  • Personal career growth or organizational talent acquisition.

Prohibited Use –

You must not:

  • Upload or post false, misleading, fraudulent, obscene, defamatory, and/or unlawful content.
  • Share or distribute spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited communications.
  • Use automated scripts or software to scrape data or interfere with site operation.
  • Post fake jobs, charge candidates for jobs, or misrepresent employment opportunities.
  • Upload copyrighted or third-party content without proper authorization.
  • Access data or accounts not intended for you.

Violation of any prohibited activities may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

Maplores offers several free and paid (premium) services for both candidates and employers.

  • Skill Testing or Certification Integrations

6.2 For Employers

  • Free/ Premium Job Posts (Featured/Highlighted Listings)
  • Resume Downloads & Database Access
  • Advanced Candidate Contact Options
  • Branding and Company Promotion Packages
  • Campus Hiring Solutions

6.3 Payment Terms

  • All prices for premium services are displayed on the platform or communicated via official Maplores channels.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • Once payment is made, access to the purchased service is granted within the promised time frame.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or duplicate payment (see Refund Policy).
  • Maplores reserves the right to change prices, service inclusions, or terms at any time with or without prior notice.
  1. Third-Party Products and Promotions

7.1 Advertisements and Promotions

Maplores may display sponsored content, advertisements, and offers from third parties.

These may include:

  • Training institutes
  • Resume service providers
  • HR tools and recruitment software
  • Corporate partners, universities, and skill development agencies, etc.

Maplores does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for any product, offer, or service promoted through such advertisements.

7.2 Third-Party Payment or Affiliate Services

When purchasing a product/service from a third party via Maplores:

  • The agreement is between you and the third party, not Maplores.
  • Maplores shall not be responsible for delivery, warranty, refund, or dispute resolution.

  • Maplores does not guarantee employment to candidates or successful hiring to employers, including through the use of premium services.
  • Users must conduct their own verification and due diligence before engaging with others.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Maplores shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, data breach, or loss of profit resulting from the use or inability to use the site.
  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the service directly involved in the claim.
