  • Review the Job Posting: Check if the job posting details for the hiring manager or recruiter.
  • Message Through maplores.com: Send a polite message through the portal’s messaging system, asking for the hiring manager’s details.
  • Check the Company Website: Visit the company’s website linked in the job posting for HR or recruiter contacts.

Be professional and concise in your inquiries.

You can subscribe to our newsletter for job alerts, hiring updates, and career tips. and also you can create job alerts in your personal login dashboard for the same.

If you’re a Premium Member, you can:

  • Chat with recruiters directly through your dashboard.
  • Receive recruiter messages, invites, and job offers via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
  • Respond instantly to increase your chances of selection.

Premium Candidate Services give you a competitive edge by offering:

To upgrade:
Go to your dashboard → Click “Upgrade to Premium / Buy Package” → Choose your plan → Complete payment securely.

To apply for a job:

  • Log in to your candidate account.
  • Search for your preferred job.
  • Click “Apply Now” on the job listing.
  • Choose your uploaded resume or attach a new one.
  • Submit your application.

You can also apply directly via recruiter links (Email, WhatsApp, or SMS) if invited as premium service(for subscribe candidates)

To search for jobs:

  • Go to the homepage or dashboard.
  • Enter your desired job title, locations, etc. in the search bar.
  • Click Search, and browse through the listed opportunities.
  • Use filters to narrow your search and apply to relevant jobs directly.

Also, candidate can search jobs from his/her personal login dashboard also at Find Jobs section.

Maplores offers two types of resume services:

  • Free Resume Builder: Create a simple, formatted resume instantly at candidate personal dashboard in My resume section.
  • Premium Resume Service: Get a professionally written, ATS-optimized resume designed by experts to impress recruiters.

For new registered candidates resume upload option will be available at the time register as a candidate in the interface of the Register/Sign-up form.

To upload or update or change resume for already registered :

  • Log in to your candidate dashboard.
  • Go to “CV Manager” → “Upload Resume”.
  • Choose your file (PDF/DOC format) and click Save/Update.
  • You can also build a new resume using our online Resume Builder Tool at “My Resume” section.

 

Yes, registering as a candidate on Maplores.com is absolutely free. You can create your profile, upload your resume for recruiter’s search.

However, Maplores also offers Premium Candidate Services, including:

  • Priority job visibility
  • Professional resume writing
  • Recruiter connect options directly,
  • Job alerts and recommendations, etc.

To register as a candidate:

  • Visit www.maplores.com.
  • Click on the “Register” or “Sign Up” button and select “Candidate”.
  • Fill in all the required details such as name, email, phone number, username password, etc.
  • Upload your updated resume (mandatory).
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions,
  • Click Sign Up.
  • You will be redirected to your personal candidate dashboard.

You’re now ready to search and apply for jobs !
Tip: Complete all required information in your profile section for better visibility to recruiters.

Resume downloading is a Premium Employer feature.
To download a resume:

  • Open the candidate’s profile.
  • Click on “Download Resume.”
  • The file will be available in your downloads section.

To find the right candidate:

  • Go to “Search Candidates” on your dashboard.
  • Filter by skills, experience, location, or education, etc.
  • View detailed profiles and contact candidates via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Direct Invitation.

Note: Candidate contact and resume download features are available in Premium Plans.

To post a job:

  • Click on “Post New Job.”
  • Fill in job details such as title, description, skills, experience, location, etc.
  • Review and publish your job instantly.

Your job post will be visible to thousands of registered candidates.

Yes, registration is free for all employers and recruiters. You can post a limited number of jobs for free and view candidate profiles.

For advanced tools like resume downloads, featured listings, and branding options, you can choose a Premium Employer Plan.

To register as an employer or recruiter:

  • Visit www.maplores.com.
  • Click on “Register as Employer” or “Sign Up.” button available in site heading.
  • Fill in all required details such as Company Name, Email, Phone, Password, etc.
  • Accept the T&C
  • Verify your details and submit the form.

You’ll be redirected to your Employer Dashboard where you can post jobs and manage applications

Campus Hiring & Placement Services

Maplores partners with colleges and universities for Campus Hiring & Placement Drives.
To participate:

  • Visit the Campus Hiring section on the website.
  • Apply for open campus drives or contact your placement cell.

Shortlisted candidates will receive interview details directly from recruiters

Our Campus Hiring Program helps employers connect with top talent from universities and colleges.
Employers can:

  • Access pre-screened student databases
  • Conduct online/offline campus drives
  • Partner with placement officers for hiring campaigns

General Queries

If you encounter an error message while attempting to log in, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Your Credentials: Ensure that you are entering your username and password correctly. Pay attention to capitalization, special characters, and spaces. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  2. Password Reset: If you’ve forgotten your password or suspect it may be incorrect, use the “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” option on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
  3. Browser Compatibility: Ensure you are using a compatible web browser and that it is up-to-date. Try accessing the website using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
  4. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause login issues. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart the browser before attempting to log in again.
  5. Internet Connection: Verify that your internet connection is stable and active. Weak or intermittent connections can disrupt the login process.
  6. Firewalls and Antivirus: Check your firewall settings and antivirus software to ensure they are not blocking access to the website. Sometimes, security settings can interfere with the login process.
  7. Incognito/Private Browsing: Try logging in using your browser’s incognito or private browsing mode to rule out any browser extensions or add-ons causing the issue.
  8. Update Password Manager: If you use a password manager, make sure it has your most recent login information stored.

  1. User ID: If you’ve forgotten your user ID, click on the “Forgot User ID” or “Retrieve User ID” option on the login page. You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. An email with your user ID will be sent to that address.
  2. Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” option on the login page. You’ll typically be asked to enter your user ID or email address. Follow the instructions provided in the password reset email to create a new password.

You can deactivate or permanently delete your account anytime:

Log in → Go to personal Dashboard Menu → Select Deactivate/Delete Account.
Once deleted, your data and history will be permanently removed from the platform
