JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for execution of the Training & Development activities-
• To prepare Annual Training Calendar in consultation with Territorial Head.
• To schedule monthly training program as per training plan.
• To intimate faculty/participants about scheduled trainings, organizing the venue and facilities for training.
• Execute the training plan accordingly.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback on training from participants.
• FSSAI and GMP-GHP training effectiveness need to be determined after ratings from respective HOD’s of participants.
• Responsible for timely updating and sending of MIS to corporate related to training.
• Preparing Training Effectiveness Assessments Sheets
• Preparing unplanned training schedule, execute the trainings as and when required.
2. Recruitment
• CV sourcing
• Interview scheduling
• Preliminary screening
• CV referring to HOD
• Preparing offer letter, Job Description, Completing joining formalities and documentation
• ID card issue to New Joiners/Promoters, Induction Procedure, Mail Id create procedure, seating arrangements
• Confirmation processing after six month, Issuance of resignation acceptance and experience letter.
3. Statutory Compliance
• Handling Statutory compliance, Filling of monthly statutory return within the due dates
4. Payroll
• Daily attendance monitoring
• Leave calculation
• Excel sheet preparation for PF, ESI
• Edition ,deletion in PF portal
5. Employee Relation
• Resolving employee Grievances in a prompt manner
• Execution of welfare programme such as Event launch, Medical Health check up, Team building activities etc.
• Processing of Mediclaim , Medical Reimburshment , Mediclaim E card distribution
6. HR Administration
• Maintaining of mobile phone facilities and updating of records as per company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for Facility management like Photocopier, Courier under AMC
• Providing Uniforms as per uniform policy
